Questions & Answers

Frequently Asked Questions

What is a Senior Advocate and what do they do?

A Senior Advocate is your personal guide and helper. They learn about your situation, help you access the resources you need, and remain available to answer any of your questions . Think of them as a knowledgeable friend who is always on your side.

Yes – there is an initial setup fee and then a nominal monthly charge. We believe everyone should have access to the guidance they need and we are actively working with our communities to offset the cost. Your Advocate will walk you through our programs and services and be fully transparent about any costs involved before you make any decisions.

Absolutely not. This is a program to provide seniors the support they need to make the most out of their retirement and plan for the future. If you would like to work with a vetted Insurance agent so you can stop calling the “Food Card” and “Social Security Increase” ads, we will help set you up with your own personal agent.

Your Senior Advocate will register your phone number with the Federal Do Not Call Registry and help you set up additional protections. While no solution can eliminate every call, we can significantly reduce the number of unwanted calls you receive — and we’ll be there to help if a suspicious call gets through.

We carefully vet every insurance agent we work with. Our agents are licensed professionals who are focused on finding the plan that works best for you — not on pushing a specific product. Your Senior Advocate oversees the entire process and sits in on every conversation to make sure you’re getting honest, unbiased guidance. If something doesn’t feel right, your Advocate is there to step in.

Of course! We are here to help however works best for you. Just give us a call at (800) 555-1234 and a friendly member of our team will take care of everything. No computer needed.
